ORDERING ON THE WEBSITE
If you are a new customer, you can place your order by selecting the product you would like and adding it to your shopping basket. When you are happy with the products you selected, you click the "checkout" button at the bottom-right of your shopping cart.
You must be registered to order with us. Registration is fast and simple. Your e-mail address will not be used for unwanted e-mails (for more information see our privacy policy).
On the next page you are able to choose the shipping address and shipping details. For more information on the shipment methods see Shipping shown below.
After you have chosen your shipping details, you will be taken to the payment section of the website. This is a secure website, all details you fill in here are private and confidential. No record of your card details will be kept on our database. Once you have filled in all card details correctly or chosen "COD", click the 'continue' button.
On the next page, please check the details and press the "confirm" button to complete the order. Then you will receive three e-mails. First one to confirm that we have received your order. Second one to confirm that we are on process with your order. Third one to confirm that the product has been shipped.
If you are a returning customer, you can place an order by logging in on the website with your e-mail address and password that you provided, then placing your order in the normal way.

Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen and including sales tax of 5%.

There is no shipping fee on our items on our online store --> Current Campaign until further notice
All deliveries are sent standard delivery, and are available for Japan only.
When placing your order, keep in mind that all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please provide an address where someone is present to receive and sign for your order.
If product is defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
