AMENDING, CANCELLING AND RETURNING AN ORDER

  • If you would like to amend your order, please let us know by e-mail, or phone us.
  • If you would like to add additional products to your order, please contact us directly by phone.
  • If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel, then you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • If product has been opened, we cannot accept product return.
  • If product is defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will replace it with the new one as soon as we can.
